I’m grateful to partner with mission-minded organizations, employers, and educational institutions to facilitate transformation and growth. I facilitate transformation and growth through soft skills solutions and services, including quality training, succession planning, executive coaching, professional development, in-service workshops, and keynote presentations on soft skills and other¬†career-related topics.¬†

An expert in higher education, I’ve worked for 12 years as an English faculty member, a director of career services, and an academic advisor. I’m a professional writer, having served as Content Manager for College Recruiter, a technical writer for HP, and as a writer/editor for multiple small businesses and entrepreneurs. Additionally, I’ve garnered experience in sales, marketing, and non-profit management.

I earned my Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at Arkansas Tech University and my Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Lyon College.

In addition to managing my business, I teach English as an adjunct instructor, conduct research with business partners, volunteer and serve in my community, and mentor young women. I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors biking, hiking, and fishing in the Ozarks.

I have served hundreds of amazing career coaching clients from across the United States and Canada, providing them with quality services. I have partnered with incredible employers, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions to provide training, in-service sessions, workshops, professional development programs, keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and executive coaching. I’ve been honored to participate in webinars and write and contribute to dozens of articles, videos, and other pieces of content for top-notch recruiting, HR, career services, and niche publications, including Zip Recruiter, Job Scan, College Recruiter, Flex Jobs, and the New York Daily News, CNBC, Life After Teaching, and more. I have partnered with generous, kind, and brilliant research partners and colleagues. I have presented research and unique presentations at various conferences and before small and large audiences, including talent acquisition/human resources professionals, high school and college students/faculty/staff, business owners and managers, and career services professionals and coaches.

Located in north central Arkansas, I work with partners and clients virtually and face-to-face across the United States.
