I love helping people do what they love. It’s my goal to extend a helping hand to career coaching clients as they climb their personal career ladders. I’m passionate about educating and coaching job seekers and employers, mentoring and training professionals in the workplace, and helping clients grow and succeed in their careers. I provide one-on-one career coaching services. In addition, I meet employers professional development/training needs and offer presentations for schools, employers, and non-profit organizations on career-related topics.
I’m an expert in higher education, having worked for 11 years as an English faculty member, a director of career services, and an academic advisor. My work experience extends to both the corporate world and non-profit sectors in content management, sales and marketing, technical writing, and non-profit management. In addition to managing my business, I teach English as an adjunct instructor, conduct research with other faculty members and business partners, volunteer and serve in my community, and mentor other women. My well-rounded work experience allows me to understand various industries. This is important when working with a diverse group of clients.
With a well-rounded work history and quality educational background, I’m qualified to meet your career coaching needs. I earned my Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at Arkansas Tech University and my Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Lyon College.
Located in north central Arkansas, I work with clients both virtually (via phone, email, and video conferencing) and face-to-face.
